5400Ar Static Vacuum Mass Spectrometer -- The 5400Ar is a high performance magnetic sector mass spectrometer for the analysis of small samples of noble gases.  The mass spectrometer employs the static-vacuum mode of operation and is suitable for the measurement of Ar, Ne, Kr and Xe.  For Ar, the resolution >250 , and the background of 36Ar<2.3〜10-18 mol, the sensitivity >1〜10-3 A/Torr.

UP213 deep-UV YAG Laser Probe -- UP-213 is the 2nd generation, high-performance Nd: YAG deep UV (213nm) laser ablation system that provides flat craters and high absorption for the analysis of opaque and transparent materials alike. UP213 can provide Ar concentration profile with spatial resolution of about 10μm , and depth profile with spatial resolution of 0.1μm.

IR10-50 far-IR Laser fusing System -- The MIR10-50 Laser Fusing and Heating System is compact laser systems that provide a versatile method of sampling and analyzing solids for noble gas and isotope-ratio mass spectrometry. Available with 50 watt of laser output power, enough for micro-feature (in-situ) and bulk analysis (rapid heating diffused-RHD) sampling of difficult materials such as sanidine and feldspar. The long working distance, joystick control and 1,024 steps of output-power resolution yield optimal results.
